No. A rough idea, an example you like or a task you keep repeating is enough to start. I will ask about the people using it, what it needs to do and the tools you already have, then suggest a practical scope.

Websites and interactive experiences are quoted for their scope. AI Starter builds are from $1,500 CAD, connected AI Business Systems are $3,500–$7,500 CAD, and custom AI apps are from $10,000 CAD. These are one-time build prices. Hosting, paid tools and usage are agreed separately; optional care starts at $99/month CAD.

It is a separate offer from the AI builds. AI Phone Receptionist launch pricing: $750 CAD fixed setup, then $179 CAD/month, month-to-month. Includes 300 AI-handled minutes a month; extra minutes are $0.25 each. Taxes extra. Calendar booking, CRM, text messaging, dashboards, extra numbers or languages and other features beyond this scope are not included and are quoted separately. The demo on this site is text-based and simulates business actions.

Your custom code, content, accounts and business data are handed over to you under the agreed scope. Third-party software, fonts and assets retain their own licences. You receive a walkthrough and the information needed to run the work or take it to another developer.

You work directly with Pavneet. We clarify the brief, agree a fixed quote, review the design or working prototype, then build and test it before handover. Changes outside the agreed scope are discussed before extra work begins.

The build includes the support period specified in your package or quote. After that, you can request changes or choose an optional care plan. Hosting and third-party services still need to be maintained and paid for, even if you stop using my support.
