The monthly fee covers operation and maintenance, 300 AI-handled minutes and up to 30 minutes of small changes a month (no rollover). Faults in the agreed setup are corrected at no charge.
Calendar booking, CRM, text messaging, dashboards, extra numbers or languages and other features beyond this scope are not included and are quoted separately.

Does it use my existing phone number?
Usually, by forwarding your line to the agent during the hours you choose. It depends on your phone provider, so we check the setup before promising a particular call flow.
Can it book appointments during the call?
Not in the standard setup. It records a callback request and emails you the details. Calendar or dispatch booking is quoted separately.
What happens if the caller has a complex issue?
The agent records the details and hands off to the agreed fallback. It does not attempt to handle situations outside its defined scope.
